Other than the famous buffet items such as oyster and seafood on ice, Bay’s Kitchen & Bar uses every premium ingredients to prepare for this traditional fine Chinese dish – Buddha’s delight, and many other luxurious dishes you can only taste in Chinese grand feasts.
