Other than the famous buffet items such as oyster and seafood on ice, Bay’s Kitchen & Bar uses every premium ingredients to prepare for this traditional fine Chinese dish – Buddha’s delight, and many other luxurious dishes you can only taste in Chinese grand feasts. Even more, there will be new ways to enjoy traditional tastes, such as ‘Fish maw, Sea cucumber and Imitation Shark fin Agar Agar’, giving you a new concept of fine Chinese cuisine.
